Like him or not, this guy has many books and he has followed AI for some time. He has an extensive knowledge and can speak outside of the average persons comfort zone. He has a way of removing personal feelings and looking at things as a whole. You don't have to agree or buy into it, but only a fool would be dismissive. This world is going in a very uncontrollable direction we have never seen before, as we are. The second you are dismissive and are unable to entertain the crazy, the less likely you'll be prepared if/when something happens.
