Ok but how smart?.. rn night shade is the closest thing artists can use, sure you could sue AI devs but not every artist could, another thing is that AI isnt the only one that can learn, create and solve problems humans are the ones who did these things first... whenever AI finds the antidote some other creative people will creat an even stronger poison and the fights will never stop untill something happens to the AI devs, either they get bankrupt from being sued or they loose the poison and antidote fight.
