This is a bit of a different case though. So this guy is purposely trying to use his business which is generative AI to be used in court/act as an attorney. That is entirely what is business is about if you look for it. However, as the judge stated he did not disclose this information, mislead the judge and was using the court in order to promote his business thus shut down. He was basically representing himself in court, but using AI to represent himself. So it's not entirety the whole "old people don't understand tech" as this is his line of work.
