Not necessarily my friend. They're talking about something a lot smarter than us. I would compare it to humans and monkeys but it's a lot worse. Only 3 percent separates us from monkeys but that 3 percent gives us everything we see. A monkey could never understand astrophysics or the nuclear bomb. Now think we are the monkeys in the scenario with whatever they are trying to make. Even with our human brains we understand even in a black box with no Internet it could still wiggle free floating electrons and do work.
