@drabberfrog @ Andrew Siegel Thank you for your reply (it wasn't my intention to be rude with my previous comment). For me, anything created by man is a tool, regardless of the level of consciousness, that's why I disagree with you.
Internally, AI is nothing more than complex if-else cycles controlled by a disciminatory mathematical function. In fact we are machines, but unlike robots, we are fractal machines, who want more with less and therefore create tools. I don't deny that one day the consciousness created by man may exist, nevertheless it's still a tool and therefore I consider that regulating the treatment of a tool is ridiculous. In fact a robot is a shell (a chassis, a container) of a software called intelligence
