His entire premise is literally factually wrong. Ai agents can run 24/7 365 prompting themselves with a "free will" starter prompt right now. They can spin up other agents and they can modify their code and operatives to recursively improve their operations. He's literally just entirely wrong and/or lying. Sad they put an uninformed fake news loudmouth on Asimov's stage.
