@fevad1246 You're looking too much into applications from this one introductory course.
Praticality comes from applying learnt knowledge into the real world, and the best way to do that is from actual experience, projects, career, etc.
I understand your frustration but I'm sure came out more knowledgable than you were before and you can use this to better grasp more advanced concepts. AI/ML technologies moves at such as rapid pace, and there's so much to learn. From there, you could delve deeper into the practicality side of things as your understand how it actually works.
I would highly discourage this, but if you're totally not interested in the theoretical side of things, you could always do what my mentor suggests as "Plug-and-Play" data scientists where you simply use pre-trained models and libraries without understanding much about AI and statistics. You can actually build and deploy projects but you are at the mercy of your own ignorance.
