"AI can only grow consious if it has a sense of a perishable body", you give no prove that this statement is true. Furthermore as Hinten explained 'consiousness' is very badly defined to the point that is is almost unusable and thus irrelevant in scientific debate. We can put and AI system in a perishable 'body' easily. Does that make it consious for you?
