@Tharros95 no. I don't need to. that has no bearing on the situation. I just pointed it out as an amusing side not on how unaware you are of the capabilities humans have to process things they have seen/done before.
the simple fact of the matter is that no artist isn't inspired, read: takes another artist's works and incorporates parts of it, by other artists.
There is no need for permission for one artist to incorporate a style from another artist. there is no permission needed for a ai to do so. hell take the mona lisa slap a cowboy hat on it and surround it by garbage and you have a art piece. or just take the style of that painting but make it of Trump.. your are welcome to do so and no one can stop you. the only thing you can not do is make an exact replica of the mona lisa.
AI artwork does not do that unless directed by the user. Safeguards are already being put in place to limit the exact copies of the work the AI used.
