@masoudmaani , that is the perspective of the Law. Fair use doesn't violate copyright. P2P sharing music DOES violate copyright. The RIAA eventually tolerated it because even when they won in court, they lost in public opinion. A art union would have to tolerate stable diffusion because it's perfectly legal and they would only win in court if they get a jury they can completely bamboozle.
