University by definition is not there to prepare people for the job market. It's there to teach them thinking. As such, even the best will have to gain job experience before they get hired to tell experienced staff what to do. The problem is that every greedy company out there wants somebody else to pay for that, to leech of them by snaching away the now useful employees. AI is not the problem, capitalism is.
