Not even that. You are supposed to use actual photos for references lmao.
We have Google and the literal internet to search for actual photos irl. Or you can make your own photos yourself (it's not like you have a camera on your own pocket or anything) or copy from irl situations. People's art can have flaws but AI generated stuff is a mess, why would anyone use it for references?? There's nothing more accurate to whatever you are looking for that the... Actual thing? There are sites with poses and references for free, free 3D models you can pose.
Unless you are trying to cope an artist's style or feel inspired by it you should use real life things as art learning references.
