I'm sorry, but I think your Vision 2 is problematic. Namely, the society you describe and refer to as Star Trek did not emerge as such due to the emergence of superintelligence. Artificial intelligence within the Federation is not mentioned anywhere, nor is it attributed to a change in social relations. The change came about due to the emergence of replicators that can reproduce everything a person needs for life. We can truly see such a device as something that shifts the paradigm in terms of the entire economic and social relations. I don't want you to get me wrong; I'm not a Trakker... I mean, I like the series as a test medium for filtering various social ideas that were, in many cases, unapologetically ridiculous, radical, and, most often, subversive. Star Trek offers us a classless society thanks to the replicator, that deus ex machina, but at the same time it teaches us what it should be like, imposes a moral and ethical code and seduces people with it, even though that deus ex machina (aka replicator) does not exist and there is no indication that it will exist, let alone be in the hands and at the disposal of every individual.
