​​@topyraft Part of the wonders of art, specifically analog horror, is the presentation of it. The presentation is what makes it scary in the first place. I think we should all celebrate that unearthly got an actual artist and didnt use ai considering a big part of it is visuals, which, assuming you've watched this video and understood the point of it, ai is not good at. In my opinion, the reason is that it should evoke a human sort of nonsensical, scary or mysterious. It should evoke feelings within us we didn't know we had or feelings we have felt before and that's with presentation, the visuals of course. So if you have a robot that doesn't know what it's doing, it's going to end up feeling plastic-y and cheap. When I first saw Angel Engine, that's how I felt. It's better to have a human, who has human experiences, who is writing and creating for humans do the huge part of analog horror rather than a robot that isn't even alive to begin with. I really cannot start anything with ai. Visuals are supposed to be the artist's own manifestation and depiction of a story, which is obviously built off of their experiences, their style and whatnot. Ai is soulless. It's an average of things that did have soul and love, except that soul and love is eventually replaced just to look realistic or acceptable enough. Humans, like other humans, understand us. We've been around for so long, those feelings are basically the default settings if our brain. Ai is just mimicking that and adding garbage filler that absolutely nobody needs.
