The A.I. that are being used to make this art cant just off rip make art. You have to basically throw in a shit ton of actual art into the AI in order for it to pick up on things like styles until it’s capable of roughly mimicking it.
Issue is, for most of these AI at least, the owners are just stealing thousands of works online to throw into their ai without the permission of the artist. It’s not like a living human looking at art and adopting their own art style as they examine works, it’s a mindless machine basically breaking down every piece of art it gets in order to stitch them back together in a a way that looks right.
