it just means that the visuals aren't good, there's nothing to analyse or study or anything of interest. it's a flaw, a critique
just like if an animator AI generated a story to animate. the animation might look phenomenal, but the story would be unimaginative, have no artistic value, not communicate anything
if you want a series with both interesting writing and interesting animation, then you need to find one with a real writer and a real animator
