@ilikepointlessinternetargument yes, it is the exact same thing. When you view art it becomes part of your understanding of what art is. In general the works won't be exact recreations of what you saw, but if you were asked to make a reproduction you could.
The exact same is true of the AI. It creates what it is asked to create. It will not directly recreate someone's work unless it is asked to do that.
The difference between the two is that in the case of the AI, the burden of ethical compliance is on the user. Just as it is with all other AI assisted graphical design tools
