@evanwademan5602 Not everyone. A lot of people are stuck with using AI because of the huge influx of “artists” that overprice their art despite not being anywhere near worth that much, denying people something as simple as showing progress and allowing changes to any mistakes that have come up, or just primarily do the atrocious YCHs that need to just stop. I have been drawing since elementary school, so it’s not like it’s a problem for me, but I just can't do digital art because of the cost of the programs and the unreliability of tablets. No one should be forced to draw on their own to get just one little art piece of their character/OC/whatever. There are people who are genuinely lazy and greedy about it, yes. But there are people who use it because they’re using it because the whole commission artist industry is just a mess. But hey, at the very least the people who made AI art of those can use them as far more helpful references for what they want when they do commission someone. As for making fun of people saying AI image prompts are hard. Because they kind of are. It’s not like you can type in a description and you get EXACLY what you want. It’s pretty much trial and error. And even then it’s pretty unreliable in the realm of details. Sure you can type “a Victorian house”, but 9/10 you’re getting something that hardly resembles a Victorian house or just a Gothic castle.
