21:07 It is impossible to teach a robot a laboratory procedure in a way which any other robot capable of performing the procedure would be able to execute in any other laboratory that has the facilities for the procedure to take place.
It is the same old problem we have not solved yet, namely, making 'a cup of tea' in all 'environments' (i.e. 'Context') capable of creating 'a cup of tea' (i.e. Outcome).
( It is impossible because , We just do not have the will to develop our systems in a way which creates representation of the 'Context' using the 'Inputs' and then synthesises 'Output' sequences which modify the 'Context' to the desired state. .... recursively and in perpetuity. )
