@carultch, are you suggesting that something mass-produced cannot fall under fair use? That argument doesn’t hold up. The AI operates under fair use because it simply has an advantage. If we apply your reasoning, it implies that the AI's speed disqualifies it from being recognized as fair use. That doesn’t make sense. A human could also create music and art efficiently, yet be disqualified from fair use protection just for being "too good"?
