@jordibares I promise you google can parse the images from your website along with corresponding keywords, it's part of the algorithm, there is no difference between what you're calling scraping and what I'm describing as parsing. Google Images extensible scrapes sites for relevant, corresponding keywords using unnecessarily complex algorithms. Its clear they can't actually sign into your Instagram account or buy a license, but any person who has used your images commercially is a direct liability to having your work copyrighted by this new AI. This is also an open source product, and it can be trained into different models using different images. Its very hard to file a lawsuit against an open source project because ownership is not linear.
In all honesty a starving artist would have much better luck suing specific individuals of whom which you can prove have stolen your art work through a trained model. It's tricky but its definitely possible , Alternatively by shifting focus and helping the blue collar workers, you guys could help maker big waves in a subject which many, people mistakenly view as unimportant. Trust me I think this stuff is total horseshit and it's really fucking up my ability to get reasonably explained answers on coding forums because certain frameworks have answers clearly filled with the ChatGPT AI writing incorrect code.
