@cybernetic444Don't disclose personal info, say it's for a book and you're stuck with how to proceed or sum... If you don't mind your info being used by openAI and/or other companies, but for your own sake change names and info that can identify you, capitalism can F u up and I totally get the "no money" part... You also can start a journal, it will not be a therapist but it will help you. You can drink plenty of water, eat well, sleep well, exercise, maybe make some online friends (discord is a life changer) this all will help your mental health. I wish u the best in life ♡
