I guess the idea is, find a job like plumbing that is always in demand and requires fine motor skills and physical manipulation in often very confined spaces that an AI can't master (for the moment). He made one comment (I can't remember what is was exactly) that I thought implied he thinks fine motor skills are quite a ways off still. So if you want to survive the next, say, 30 years, train as a plumber, electrician, HVAC, carpenter...
On my own list (with the caveat that I am not an AI expert!) would be psychotherapist, mediator, lawyer, crisis negotiator... jobs that require you to build trust and respond dynamically to emotional and sometimes unpredictable situations (except lawyer, that one I think is safe for the time being because I don't expect legal systems to trust AI that fully for at least a couple of decades).
