Scripture is clear:

- “God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.” (Acts 2:36)
- “There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Tim 2:5)
The gospel is not God sacrificing Himself to Himself. It is God sending His Son, the Lamb without blemish, who was obedient even unto death (Philippians 2:8). That’s what makes His sacrifice real - not automatic deity, but chosen obedience.
So yes, repent and believe - but believe what Jesus actually said: He is the Christ, the Son of God.
