Yes, locked up until proven innocent. So-called "White" Americans don't care if AIs are racist to so-called "Blacks. It reassures them of their privilege and that the system will continue to work as designed even when on automatic. This was a pro AI violating your civil liberties piece because they used Southern Strategy to signal to "White" America they are not the targets.
