This is part of the fundamental flaw double-whammy in Tesla's implementation - the user interface and the naming.
The tech is *NOT* sufficient for fully autonomous driving, but its use encourages the driver to zone out. Combined with the entirely misleading name "Full Self-Driving", it creates danger.
It's a shame, because if they weren't pushing the bullshit with false advertising and had safety-first UI, then their tech could actually be a pretty good driver assistant.
