@SmileyEmoji42 yeah "using" people isn't inherently a negative thing if they get to "use" You too, like at that point it would just be favors you'd do for each other, be it physical actions or emotional help. What matters is that it's a healthy relationship so even outside the favors and usage you do for each other you'd like to just be within their presence.
I'd feel bad for the imaginary robot friend in this scenario, if they have a conscience I hope they feel the need to leave just so they don't feel controlled or are controlled
