@nickel_1768 This is based on actual photos or videos of the victim. Using a.i. generated shit is a pretty big loophole and a much harder case to prove, and I wouldn't be suprised if DA's refused to charge on it at least until more concrete laws are passed. Might be able to sue with better chances though
