@TheOnlyGodOfNothing You both demonstrated that you didn't read all of what I said, or at the very least, you missed the point entirely. I said to raise the bar. Why Because it's so low, what AI is able to generate has more artistic integrity than the chaff weighing down actual, human-made art. Get the posers out of art; the talentless hacks who know art-consumers are brainless drones who don't care if something is good, so long as it's marketed well. Buyers and producers of garbage made by human hands polluted the industry for decades. This is how the 'invisible sculpture' was sold for $18,000 in 2024, 'made' by Salvatore Garau. Marketed as an 'immaterial piece', he sold literally nothing for $18k, and some moron paid. Don't like AI art generations? Raise the bar; get rid of these morons and manipulators, then we'll talk. Personally, I see AI generator as little more than a tool, and no artist submits their tools as art. Well, I say that, but I'm sure some one out there has framed a paint brush, and some idiot bought it for $10k or above. The point is, AI is not an artist, it should never produce the final product... It is a tool. But until we get these clowns out of the scene, AI art may as well be on the same level.
