What do you think about forming affinity based networks to either launch SaaS or mobile apps or startups with other similarly afflicted senior devs?

I've been taking time off to learn LLM model architecting and inference engineering but was surviving off of bespoke gigs. I need more compute but can't afford it yet, been thinking I'm wrong to be chasing my dream... IDK, but I do know I need to land something longer term.
I get so exhausted any time I open a job app. There has to be some way we can all band together like a guild or something though.
