Small online business people. They are calling them virtual agents and there are a million companies using chatgpt and a few other models to make these. You basically choose services you want to use and build your own agent but it’s all vapor ware. Its basically like hiring a bad customer service agent. If it works 95% of the time, it is already better than human.
