Everyone here talks about AI as if the whole world is part of the race — but most of humanity isn’t even on the track. Billions live outside the systems you’re building and will only inherit the consequences, not the benefits. If we can’t imagine a future beyond profit and competition, then we’re not talking about progress — we’re just perfecting exclusion.
