If a beginner sees an object being drawn, they might be able to reference and draw something similar, but someone who's more experienced and can understand the shapes and structure behind it, will then be able to draw it from a different perspective, this is a small example.
AI cannot 'understand' things in that manner. A lot of issues especially early on in AI were that they were not able to draw hands correctly, because an AI does not understand or even see anything, there is nothing like a human mind behind it. It's algorythms calculating how to reproduce stuff based on the amount of reference fed
