Art is meant to be the artist’s experiences and emotions, displayed and portrayed in visual form for people to look at and wonder endlessly about. Art pieces that try to act all pretentious and pass themselves off as “minimalist” completely miss the point, only trying to trick people into thinking they’re smart and complex. And AI art lacks any emotion or intention, random details conforming to the lazy guy in his bedroom stuffing prompts into his computer, only creating through an algorithm that takes a conglomeration of real artists and decides what “looks good” instead of actually inputing any emotion in its art.
