It's not being inspired by the art, it is learning from the lines and shading, but not in the way humans do. Humans are inspired and understand inspiration, when a program would think "huh, they did this, so i'll do this too". Which is plagiarism and theft. Humans cannot recreate things one for one, when a machine can. Pretty impressively, too. But everything made by a person is different, especially redraws, mainly because they're made with CONSENT. AI cannot ask for consent to use actual art
