@MrFineWhiteWine tbh I'm not sure where the line is cross because.. I think deep fakes are same with rule 34. you can some F up stuff depending on what IP/show you look up. for Example ben 10 rule 34. gwen tennyson in the original is 11 years old other shows 15-16 BUT when you google look up ben 10 rule 34 find her in disturbing acts. but thing is it's a fictional character it was draw together and no one didn't get hurt. does the person who draw that disturbing picture get change for possession of child corn? and not hard to find just one google search away to corn is it weird to draw 11 year old form media getting well you know. *yes absolutely! it scream suspect.* but no one got hurt and the drawing probably may for shock value. and there no laws against freedom of creativity and the artist vision. *I DON'T LIKE THAT PEOPLE DO THAT I'M FIRMLY AGAINST THAT* but it is what it is unfortunately. when comes to deepfakes like you say what if I wanted draw pokimane in a nude pose is that considered copyright or use of identity without permission in the united states I guess it could be BUT what if let's say More her eye a little to the right and give her different lips and different hair cut is that consider copyright? or better yet what if draw a character that look like pokimane but in a cartoon with different design and this character does *wink* *wink* acts is consider a copyright or original idea inspired by pokimane and is blocking freedom of creativity/speech. I think we have to consider these options if going to globally ban/monitor deepfakes and what is consider Right or wrong and what makes sense. thank you ryan for a amazing head thought and what I think we need to be addressed moving forward.
