@WtfCelestial69 Unfortunately the employees will be laid off. However, companies are not likely to reduce its workforce from 100 to 5 employees with AI overnight. They will probably implement a small cut, around 10%, assess the situation after a quarter or a year, and then repeat the process if necessary.
If you are an employee your goal should be to be among the last groups to be laid off, as by that time the government would have likely intervened with some solutions in place.
