"the fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information, usually for financial gain." So no it's not Identity Theft lol. But what I could see it potentially being is some type of slander? Most definitions I find say it has to be said orally but then I found one definition that said it could be used visually too "libel is defamation in written words, pictures, or any other visual symbols in a print or electronic medium." So who knows legally what protections you'd have without deep fake laws currently.
