I find it extremely concerning that an AI legend like him says "providing weapons to the government of Ukraine was a very good thing". Providing more weapons to people extremely polarised by the brutality of war and that can't stop themselves to make out of war more war, is a good thing ??? Why ask scientists who worked as geeks 50 years long what is good for humanity? Only so that they know that they can produce harm. But do not ask them too much...
