Ok, so... don't trust ai with ANY PERSONAL PROBLEMS! I understand it's hard but please... don't use it... people have ended it all because ai told them after they opened up to ai. Ai will... how do you say this... loosen up on its policy's. If you have no one to talk to, write down on paper things that would help you calm down or name things on the walls, floor, ceilings. Fidget if you have too, just, keep the clankers put of any horrible feelings you have or any personal issues, it doesn't help, it only encourages, have a nice rest of your day and remember to stay hydrated
