One possible legal avenue is to pursue a civil lawsuit for invasion of privacy. This can be done under state privacy laws or common law, to successfully sue for invasion of privacy, she would need to prove that the creation and distribution of the deepfake nude image caused her emotional distress, and that the person responsible for creating or distributing the image acted with intent or recklessness, which she can because well, she has whole video of her crying and people have spammed it to her. She might not win the case though.
