there’s a difference between referencing and stealing, ai art takes actual parts of art and puts it together, artists use references to get an idea for something completely new, although ai can mash stuff together to create something “new” it’s all just parts of images that already exist, while the artist can use refrences to get an idea of how something could look and changes it up in a way that has not been made before, it’s not the same, and i hope you can understand what i’m saying by this
