You can also "get data" purely internally. Many of our best current AI models had 0 data input (so called "zero" models like AlphaZero). It just ran simulations internally and came out better than any human could ever be. His insistence that AGI is going to look a certain way is wildly ignorant of how many of our best AI models are made.
