@Tajammul35cheers mate by your idea you seem very knowledgeable about machines and stuff
But in my mini head there is just a few drops of senses from those senses I can tell you that your statement 1 that earlier pattern recognition systems and designs were actually ai that is absolutely true machine learning was there earlier for predicting things and other such factors but I don't agree with your statement 2 that ai is declining the dumbness in our brain it infact is increasing it like if you observe even in the most creative or certain tasks you observe that the number of generalised people have increased . Many creative failures in today's time are due to a lack of us working with our brain that is a human tendency because of increase convience earlier that convenience was limited to say copied art or essays or codes but in recent times it has grown manfold because ai is trying to be a jack of all trades . Imagine you are given like a free tool that writes your essays you will use it as many still feel like it is not important in resumes and stuff .there is lack of working in your brain as urgency increases to do multitasking if there is convience and if you are assured someone will do your task . So I guess this answers your 3rd statement
