@matthew_berman Agreed - if AI were to use money, it would have to be digital. GPU's are suitable for some crypto mining, but dedicated ASIC's are needed for Bitcoin due to power efficiency. I think we will see a lot of GPU's being repurposed for AI (from crypto mining) but ASIC's are very specialized for SHA256 (the algorithm behind Bitcoin mining).
If I were to ask AI what form of money it could keep safe from human manipulation, I think it would agree that it could only keep its Bitcoin keys safe. It goes both ways :)
