@rubenhondentrainingIt doesn't really matter what YOU personally do. If AI decides that smaller ears are desirable, and starts matching people based perhaps not even on smaller ears themselves, but on genetics that lead to smaller ears, after many generations, that will be reflected. Even if you go out and find people that look like they belong in the British royal family, your own personal choices won't have a lot of effect when it's just you and a handful.of others that march to their own beat, in a giant sea of people being directed by some obscure criteria of AI that's enforcing some subtle evolutionary constraint your not even aware of.
Rember, every animal with a poor camouflage pattern on its coat does not die. Every bird that that lacks the most vibrant plumage does not fail to find a mate and reproduce. But the ones with better camoflauge or brighter plumage are MORE LIKELY to. Even if only slightly. And after many generations that is reflected in their populations. The idea of the future evolution of humanity being decided by a hallucinating AI isn't exactly comforting
