@johntyryan1419 no way, the robots will be produced by private companies, following strict laws, strict code and machine learning development and also default settings any robot will have. The mass production of robots in the future is highly controlled. A robot is just like another machine we build, like cars, phones, tv and everything plus. Those items can be used to kill someone but they weren't supposed to do that and their production follow restrict laws and terms to become produced.
