Well she technically only makes her art poisonous so when „your art“ tries to benefit unethically from her art by scraping and stealing her intellectual property, your stealing machine goes to shit.
If you only source from consenting original creators of images to train your AI (which is impossible because of the giant amounts of training data it needs) you got nothing to worry about. Nightshade is only a defense mechanism, AI is the aggressor here.
