When everyone can offer the same service faster and cheaper, the value that they can provide explodes and we all benefit.
I agree that AI could expose how many people were only valuable because the system tolerated mediocrity. On the other hand Western countries seem to have both an aging population with a growing number of young people who seem quite happy to sit back and be looked after, so a robotic+ai productivity boom could be the solution.
