@laurentiuvladutmanea , humans adapt to new situations via algorithmic logic and pattern fitting. Or just as often fail to do so when they're capacity to so adapt is overwhelmed. And everything you create is just a remix of your experience. Just because it is unconscious or too complex to understand the statistical basis, does not mean it doesn't have one. Do you know that much of the little that we do know about how human memory works was learned by studying computer systems? If someone had ever proven that we are more than complex biological machines, religious beliefs would be proven facts. These arguments you put forth would not withstand the slightest legal scrutiny.
